T-Shirt Design Scholarship ContestOfficial Rules
We are now accepting entries for our
Fall T-Shirt Design Contest until October 31, 2003. 1. Contest is open to all legal residents of the United States of America (except where prohibited by law). Winners agree to allow Joe Bob Bail Bonds (JBBB) to use their names and photos for promotional purposes. 2. Entry form must be submitted along with an original (no reproductions) color drawing, sketch or painting completed in paint, watercolor, ink, pencil, pen, or other permanent marker done on a minimum 81/2” X 11” canvas or paper material; Digital high resolution file at 100 res.; (entries in JPEG format minimum is 4” X 6”). Each entry becomes the sole property of JBBB. Entrants are required to assign intellectual and creative property rights in part or in whole to the contest Sponsor for each entry. Deadline for entries is April 30, 2003. Then log on and VOTE! 3. The top ten selected entries will be judged by a majority of public votes cast on-line at the website to determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. The theme for the contest is JBBB “Free Ticket”™ (out of Jail) and “Helping Set the Captives Free”™. Entries will be judged based on originality, creativity and ability to enhance the image of the professional bail bonding company. See samples at Website. 4. If a winner cannot accept a prize for any reason, Sponsor will then offer the prize to the next runner-up. If that runner-up cannot accept the prize for any reason, then the prize will be offered to the next runner-up, until someone is able to accept the prize. 5. To enter JBBB/T-Shirt Contest mail your entry to “Entry” at the address below along with an official entry form for each entry. An official entry form is available on our website at www.joebobbailbond.com, or contestants may submit their entry along with a signed 3” X 5” card on which is printed your name, address, telephone number with area code and date of birth plus the following: “ I wish to enter the enclosed original artwork of my creation to the JBBB/T-Shirt Contest and hereby assign my intellectual and creative property rights in part or in whole to JBBB and understand that this artwork becomes the sole property of same and will not be returned.”
Signed ________________________________ 6. Winners are responsible for all other fees, registrations, and local, state, and federal taxes. By entering or accepting a prize in this contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and to comply with all local, state and federal laws. Void where prohibited. The potential winners will be notified by mail and must return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability, a completed W-9 form for tax reporting purposes and (where legal) Publicity Release within 14 days of notification or prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. 7. Unless otherwise prohibited, entry or acceptance of prize constitutes permission to have name published in addition to reproducing entered artwork in any form or medium including, but not limited to: T-shirts, business cards, placards, roadside billboards, vehicles or transport containers, etc. There are no prize substitutions except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winners agree to release and hold harmless JBBB officers, directors, employees, judges, attorneys, and agents from any damage, injury, death, loss, or other liability that may arise from their acceptance or use of any prize or their participation in this contest. 8. Winners list available after May 31, 2003, by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor of the Contest: JBBB/T-Shirt Contest, “Winners List”, 302 Choctaw, Chickasha, Ok 73018, or can be viewed on our website at www.joebobbailbond.com _____ I agree and accept the conditions as set forth above.
